Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat, picked free of shells,
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers,
3 green onions (both the green and white parts), rough chopped,
1/2 bell pepper, rough chopped/diced (recommended red/orange/yellow colors),
1/4 cup mayonnaise,
1 egg,
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
1 teaspoon mustard powder,
1/2 lemon, juiced,
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
Dash cayenne pepper – Little extra if you want it spicy,
Flour, for dusting,
