Shipping
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In-stock non-custom items will ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. Custom items will ship within 1-2 weeks after ordering.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment Options
Paypal and all major credit cards are supported by this site. Credit card purchases may also be made through Paypal as a guest.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations:
– Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
– Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
– Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
I don’t accept returns of non-defective items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order so I can do my best to help you love your purchase!
The following items can’t be exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
